In an article in Ekstra Bladet the 23rd of October 1924  Wedfall stated that imports of Finnish matchsticks in September of the same year was 26,000 kg, of which Becher & Wedfall had impoteret the 25.500 kg. Wedfall also announced that their boxes were all labeled with the country of origin. On miraculous way  Becher & Wedfall several times got however permission to import Finnish matches without making the country's name printed on the label, as the law otherwise prescribed. The first time was on the 8th of January 1925, where they were allowed to import 250,000 boxes marked Høvding and 748,000 boxes labeled Sol. And again on the 16th of January of that year, they were allowed to import additional 1.8 million boxes of brand Spejder and 2.3 million boxes of the brand Høvding.

For a brief period in 1927 the outlet had the adress Kultorvet 13
