For simplicity,
we
have chosen
not to write
all
factory
names
completely and
not selected
all
the many
different
names
factories
have had
along the
way.
Some factories
have
only been
with the application for
establishment
and has
not been
put into operation,
but we
nevertheless
choose to
write about
these "lucky riders"
in
the wide range of
manufacturers.
